Setanta Sports - no guide data in the listings?

I have my MCE setup with Sky UK (external stb) and onthe whole it works
great... I do have a problem with the guide listings...

Most channels are ok - but I have some in the guide, but with 'no listings
available' The main annoyance with this is with the Setanta Sports package
of channels... In freeview the guide worked which makes it more frustrating.

Other channels such as zone reality also dont have any guide listings.

Is there any way to get the guide working with these channels - either using
the officail guide or any plugins etc?

There is a real Microsoft person there picking up and fixing UK EPG issues.
