The official route as Microsoft now owns TheGreenButton forum seems to be to
report the problem there in the "MCE Service & Data Quality Issues" sub-forum
where a real person from Microsoft will respond.

The "No guide data after 31st August" problem is a known issue at the server
end & will be fixed in the next 24 hours
