MCE EPG issues with Freeview form Craigkelly transmitter in UK

There appears to be a mismatch between the MCE EPG information and the
channel information broadcast for Freeview from the Craigkelly transmitter in
the UK which affects 3 channels. This results in a message saying no channel
data available when using Media Centre in Vista out of the box.
stv (lower case) is the channel name as broadcast by freeview, but on the
MCE channel data it is called STV.
I can get round this, by going into settings - TV - Guide - Add listings to
channel select stv selecting STV and saving. However when I do this, the
channel name in the EPG changes to appear as ITV1, but with the Scottish TV
data.
A similar issue with differences in naming between the signal and EPG occurs
with ITV 2 linking to ITV2 and ITV 3 to ITV3 etc.
Is it possible for this to be corrected so that it functions correctly out
of the box?

The web page on the Microsoft UK web site that used to be available to report
EPG errors is no longer active. Nowadays the semi-official route seems to be to
report them in TheGreenButton forum. As this forum was bought by Microsoft a
few weeks ago I guess this does make it the official route now:-)
