There is no guide data in the Guide for the new "Channel 4 +1" channel.
Shouldn't be too hard to provide, since it's just Channel 4 offset by one
hour...

You would think that it would be easy enough wouldn't you but this has been a common problem with
the +1 channels. There still isn't any EPG data for ITV3+1 & that has been broadcasting for months.
Unfortunately the link on this page http://www.microsoft.com/uk/windowsxp/mediacenter/default.mspx
titled 'Report an Electronic Program Guide (EPG) issue online' points to
http://www.microsoft.com/uk/windowsxp/mediacenter/epg.aspx which doesn't exist.

Sorry to jump in but there are lots of channels in the Sky lineup with no
data available UKTV Drama for one. Eurosport 2. Hallmark and others. My
Digiguide gets it all right but I cant use that to record off MCE. Is there
anywhere we can report the gaps. Everything I have tried goes nowhere, or
seems to. Cheers John

I have & always have had EPG data for 132 UKTV Drama & 150 Hallmark although 133 UKTV Drama+1 is
missing entirely. Like you I have no guide data for Eurosport 2.

The Sky EPG in Media Center has improved enormously recently probably because of what now appears to
be the semi-official channel for reporting guide problems is a forum on thegreenbutton where a real
live Microsoft employee responds to complaints. http://thegreenbutton.com/forums/90/ShowForum.aspx

Yep, based on past experience with E4+1 and Film4+1 and ITV2+1, it will take
them about four months to get round to adding it.

Should be ready in time for Xmas then. :(

PS. I have given up reporting this particular issue since the categories of
fault don't include a suitable one, and they still take months to do it even
after I reported it several times.

Amazingly enough C4+1 has just appeared in the guide but there is still no sign of ITV3+1 at least
not for a Chelmsford postcode.
