I have Vista Ultimate using a Nova-T 500 dual tuner and I'm having
problems with either the Guide or the TV display.

Basically when I set-up the signal I have problems with ITV1, ITV2,
ITV3,ITV4, and a few other channels in that the TV display is very jerky
every few seconds. All other channels are okay.

I went back into the Guide set-up and ran through the process again only
this time choosing another antenna(?) location to receive programs from.
Doing this lets me watch all channels without jerky playback but I am
left with missing data from the Guide (the Guide data missing is for
the same channels that were previously playing badly).

I am left with a choice of watching channels but having no data in their
Guide sections (so I can't use Scheduled Recordings for those channels),
or having Guide data but not being able to watch the channels.

If it matters I'm in Brighton and using either Rowridge or Whitehawk
Hill to receive from.

Rowridge allows me to watch channels but has the missing Guide data
Whitehawk allows me to see the Guide data but has all the jerky playback.

Does anyone know what I can do to get both Guide data and channels
working at the same time?

regards,

Neil

Thanks James. After looking I found that there was more than one entry
for the same channels. Once added everything in the Guide is fine.

If you have guide data problems, you can report them on my forums. I am
passing the feedback to Microsoft
