DVD playback -- Deccoder not installed

I've just built a HTPC with Windows XP MCE.

I tried playing a DVD recently but got a message saying that a decoder
hadn't been installed. What do I need to do?

Install DVD decoding software compatible with MCE such as WinDVD, PowerDVD
or the nVideo Pure Decoder.
