In the Vista version of Media Center, it is possible to listen to digital
radio stations as broadcast on Freeview (UK) provided you select them via the
EPG. However the radio stations do not appear under the MCE "radio" option
under the "music" menu. Can this be altered?

That's just the way it is I am afraid. Be happy that you have radio stations
with a programme guide on DVB-T (Freeview). When the radio channels on the Sky
satellite service changed from 3 digits to 4 digits Microsoft's workaround was
to remove these channels from the programme guide.
